Aww, thanks, Tim!
I really enjoyed having you and Johnny out at the farm. You both seemed to be excited to be here. Sorry that I forgot to give you a sample of eggs! You are welcome back any time.

Hey Tim! A major blast from the past here --- remember me? We worked at the dredded Matt's Place in Johnson City while in college. I was Googling to see if I might find any old friends from Matt's when your name popped up. I also touched base with James Yoder, the "chicken" man, if you recall. Just wanted to say hi. I'm in Columbus, GA now, heading up an IT department for Aflac Insurance Co. The duck and I are tight -- I was on the team that created him. Catch me on Linked-In. Cool pics by the way; hope you still have that outfit. Talk soon!

Thanks for the comment, and sorry for the late reply. Nah, never lived in Ironton, though I did work a brief stint in Columbus in the early 90s.

Tim, did you ever live in Ironton, Ohio?
If you did, I probably knew your dad, who worked at the Tribune, also I knew your mother.
Please e-mail me if you are from Ironton.
Thanks,
Jim

Colleen,

I'm glad this was a help. Like your family, I couldn't wrap my mind around bread that contained zucchini. What I realized (after I made the bread) is that zucchini is there for the moisture, not so much the taste. Zucchini bread is a "wet bread," much like banana or pumpkin bread. I hope you achieve good results like I did!
