Teaching school paid the bills for a while, until my husband was out of school and could take over. It's good to have a way to support one's self since the world of art has its ups and downs. That's a really good painting. I'm a Graphic Design student at Anderson University. If she ever changes her mind about the medicine thing, Graphic Design is a great art-related job that doesn't include the "starving" part haha, and AU is a great school for it.
